Wounds Australia welcomes Heal-Med Solutions as a Silver Partner

Wounds Australia is pleased to welcome its newest Silver Partner Heal-Med Solutions, an organisation bringing a fresh approach to advanced wound care backed by decades of industry experience.

Founded by long-time industry leaders Milner Fernandes, Tim Stack and Wei Min Yu, Heal-Med Solutions is an Australian-owned healthcare company dedicated to being a valued partner in the healing journey for patients and clinicians with simple easy-to-use wound care therapies that deliver clinically relevant and proven outcomes.

 

Built by leaders in wound care

Commercial Director Milner Fernandes brings more than 20 years of international leadership experience across the healthcare and medical technology sectors. Having held senior positions with Smith & Nephew, KCI Medical, EBOS Healthcare and 3M Healthcare, Mr Fernandes has built high-performing teams and helped introduce innovative technologies across Australia, New Zealand, Asia Pacific and the Middle East. His passion for healthcare was inspired by his father's rehabilitation following a spinal cord injury, shaping his commitment to improving patient care through innovation.

Managing Director Tim Stack has more than 25 years' experience in medical devices, advanced wound care and commercial healthcare leadership. Throughout his career with organisations including GE Healthcare, KCI Medical and 3M Healthcare, Mr Stack has led business transformation, market growth and clinical engagement initiatives, with a particular focus on advancing wound care technologies.

Operations Director Wei Min Yu also brings more than 25 years of healthcare experience, leading operations and customer service across the Asia Pacific region. Having held senior operational roles with organisations including GE Healthcare, KCI Medical, 3M Medical Solutions and Vyaire Medical, Mr Yu has extensive expertise in building efficient healthcare operations and supporting the successful delivery of innovative medical technologies.

 

Innovative solutions for clinicians

Heal-Med Solutions takes a selective approach to partnering with international medical technology companies focusing on innovation, high-quality manufacturing and clinically proven wound care solutions not currently available in the ANZ Market. Its growing portfolio includes advanced wound care solutions such as Multidex®, Sofsorb®, and FlowOx™, and including the new SIMO™ Single-use NPWT System.

Mr Fernandes said Heal-Med Solutions was founded with a clear purpose - to help clinicians access practical innovations that address everyday wound care challenges.
