Founder, Managing Director
Tim brings more than 25 years of experience across medical devices, advanced wound care, and commercial healthcare leadership.
After a long career in senior roles within global med‑tech organisations, he chose to step-out of corporate and establish Heal‑Med Solutions to provide specialised support to industry partners, helping businesses across Australia, New Zealand, and emerging Asia‑Pacific markets navigate market entry, growth and commercial execution.
Tim is a visionary leader who has successfully led, grown, and transformed businesses for globally renowned healthcare companies, including GE Healthcare, KCI Medical, and 3M Healthcare. He is known for his ability to inspire and motivate teams, fostering a collaborative and inclusive environment where people are encouraged to excel and deliver their best work.
For the last 15 years, Tim has worked at the forefront of advanced wound care, guiding teams and witnessing the remarkable progress in medical technologies. What continues to inspire him is the real impact these innovations have on patients’ lives, recovery and long‑term outcomes.

Milner Fernandes
Milner Fernandes is a healthcare executive and entrepreneur driven by a deep commitment to improving patient outcomes and delivering innovative care solutions. His passion for healthcare was shaped by a personal family experience when his father suffered a spinal cord injury. The successful rehabilitation journey that followed inspired Milner’s purpose to transform lives through compassionate, patient-centred healthcare.
As the founder of Heal-Med Solutions, Milner brings over two decades of international leadership experience across the healthcare and medical technology sectors in the Middle East, Asia Pacific, and ANZ regions. He has held senior roles with globally recognised companies including Smith & Nephew, KCI Medical, EBOS Healthcare, and 3M Healthcare, where he built high-performing teams, drove commercial growth, and championed innovation with strong governance.
Under his leadership, Heal-Med Solutions focuses on delivering meaningful healthcare advancements and building trusted industry partnerships. He is recognised for combining strategic vision with empathy, integrity, and a genuine focus on improving the quality of life for patients and communities.
Beyond his professional work, Milner actively volunteers in the aged care and community sectors. He holds an MBA from Melbourne Business School, The University of Melbourne Australia (with an exchange programme at Alliance Manchester Business School, The University of Manchester, UK) and a BA in Economics Major from the University of Mumbai, India.

Wei Min is a dynamic and passionate leader with over 25 years of proven track record in developing strategies, driving change, and building operational excellence across the Asia Pacific region. Wei Min’s expertise lies in leading diverse teams, fostering cross-functional collaboration, and aligning service and operations with business objectives to deliver quality and efficient operation support to business and customers.
Wei Min has demonstrated exceptional leadership at Datex-Ohmeda, GE Healthcare, KCI Medical, 3M Medical Solutions, and Vyaire Medical. In these roles, Wei Min successfully led operations teams across the Asia Pacific region, significantly improved customer satisfaction, executed operation infrastructure expansion, achieved operational efficiency targets, and growing the service business.
