Multidex Challenge - Terms & Conditions

Open to AHPRA‑registered clinicians aged 18+.

One (1) Multidex® Powder or Gel Challenge Kit provided per participant.

All observations must be fully de‑identified. No patient information may be submitted.

Multidex® is a wound dressing intended to help maintain a moist wound environment. No therapeutic claims or healing guarantees are made or implied.

Participants must follow local clinical guidelines and their professional scope of practice.

Prize draw entry requires completion of all challenge steps. Prizes are non‑transferable.

Promotion ends 31 October 2026.

Participant details are used only for challenge administration and optional future communications (if consented).

Multidex® Challenge Prize Draw — Terms & Conditions
1. Promoter The promoter is Heal‑Med Solutions Pty Ltd (ABN: 51 684 940 083), Sydney NSW.
2. Eligibility Entry is open to AHPRA‑registered clinicians who register for the Multidex® Wound Challenge during the promotional period. Only individuals who complete the registration form for the Multidex Challenge are eligible to enter the Prize Draw.
3. Promotion Period The Prize Draw runs from the commencement of the Multidex® Challenge at Wounds Australia 2026 until 11:59 PM AEDT, 31 October 2026.
4. How to Enter Eligible clinicians automatically receive one (1) entry into the Prize Draw upon completing the Multidex® Challenge registration form. Entry is free. No purchase is required.
5. Prize There is one (1) prize consisting of a DeRoyal Product Hamper valued at $150. The hamper contains a fixed selection of products determined by Heal‑Med Solutions. The contents of the hamper cannot be exchanged, altered, or substituted.
6. Prize Draw & Winner Notification The winner will be drawn at random in Sydney on 31 October 2026. The winner will be notified via the contact details provided at registration within five (5) business days of the draw. If the winner cannot be contacted after reasonable attempts, Heal‑Med Solutions may redraw the prize.
7. Prize Delivery The hamper will be mailed to the winner within 14 days of the draw date. Heal‑Med Solutions is not responsible for delays caused by postal or courier services.
8. Use of Data & Privacy Participant details will be used solely for administering the Multidex® Challenge and Prize Draw, and for optional future communications if consent is provided. No patient information may be submitted as part of the Challenge or Prize Draw. All data will be handled in accordance with Heal‑Med Solutions’ privacy policy.
9. Compliance & Limitations This Prize Draw is a Trade Promotion Lottery conducted in NSW. No gaming permit is required under current NSW regulations. The Prize Draw does not involve therapeutic claims, clinical guarantees, or performance outcomes. Participation does not replace clinical judgement or local wound‑care protocols.
10. Changes to Promotion Heal‑Med Solutions reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the Prize Draw if required for regulatory, operational, or safety reasons.
11. Acceptance of Terms By entering, participants acknowledge and accept these Terms & Conditions.
